    Boundaries of educational content, when to involve counsel, and how a formal status check differs from a course worksheet.

Does this course determine my legal status?

No. It builds literacy and drafting habits. Formal determinations and advice for your facts require qualified professionals or official procedures.

Is there a real limitation I should know about?

Yes: we do not cover sector-specific collective agreements or every Bundesland nuance of enforcement practice. If your industry has special rules, treat the Studio as a base layer and add specialist counsel.
